    As part of our Erasmus+ project, teachers took part in a dedicated mobility in Spain focused on how to prepare effective STEM lesson plans. The training highlighted the importance of integrating sustainability and environmental education into STEM teaching, linking classroom activities to real-world challenges.

    During the mobility, teachers shared best practices, explored innovative methodologies, and reflected on how to design interdisciplinary STEM lessons that foster critical thinking and active student engagement. This experience strengthened professional collaboration among European educators and provided valuable tools that will be transferred to daily teaching practice.

    It has been reported that STEM knowledge can have a great impact on students because:
    environmental problems and sustainability are intrinsically linked to society and the real world, and
    it is crucial for teachers to develop STEM lesson plans integrated into sustainable development education. Therefore, in this activity, teachers contributed to each other in preparing STEM plans. They brainstormed various methods on how STEM can be integrated into lessons and prepared sample STEM lesson plans.

Pollution caused by large multi-story buildings is rapidly becoming a major threat to our world. In this activity, our students designed a small, single-story house using the Tinkercad 3D design program, an important element of STEM, and designed a solar energy system or wind turbine that could meet the energy needs of this house.
